What happened to hiring your own people to work for you based on race merit?

I guess they want as many Black people exposed to this toxicity as possible, so why not hire a Black man to deal with a literal toxic environment in order kill him off faster under the guise of "diversity" and "Affirmative Action"?

Don't these white rural and suburban communities have enough funding to afford community cleanup and hire their own people? It would be nice if poor Black areas had enough funding to fix potholes, clean up neighborhoods, get rid of pollution and dangerous toxins in our areas, etc.

These whites out here don't even want us to shovel show for them so why help them at all?

Let them pull themselves up by their bootstraps.
