If we're not ready to bleed and shed blood then we're not gonna get anywhere. The United States should be a war torn country on the level of any country in the Middle East. You can start a business just fine, but once you get too successful and begin to aggregate resources to other black people they're gonna bring the system against you. It happened with Kanye, Kyrie, Kaepernick, Sam Cook, Garvey, Malcolm, Black Wall Street, etc. Once they see power being seeded away from them or and to the black community or someone bucking the system they lash out, violently.

If you're not prepared to fight physically with these people then just forget it. The guns and knives WILL come out! We've already seen it plenty of times before. Keeping the peace will require blood and lots of it. I'm not advocating violence but rather self defense.
