There isn't much left of affirmative action. Universities have pretty much done away with it. Republicans want to make it official.The irony is that literally every single job including the Supreme Court, that Clarence Thomas has had after college was because he is Black. Every single one and the supposition is that he got into Holy Cross and Yale in large part because he's Black.
