Ladies (and men, too), PLEASE BE READY TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR KIDS AT ALL TIMES. That little can of pepper spray on your keychain isn't enough, start carrying a knife. Better yet, buy yourself a gun and learn how to use it. Learn how to fight. If you can't fight, be able to run at least half a mile. Most importantly, always be aware of your surroundings.
