This is so horrible. I have worked in a fastfood restaurant before and I have never being rude to any customer. Sometimes customers do get on my nerves but I try to control it and give them as many options as possible. As an entrepreneur, some customers will make statements that may warrant me to be rude to them or ask them out of my establishment but I do so in a diplomatic way without them knowing my intentions. Pouring hot water on them was too much,na too much.
