When I was younger, it probably was true. I think that is that whole "alpha" thing where young-minded girls want to be with the one who they feel is unattainable. I don't know when it switched for me but if there is a physical attraction there, being nice and kind is a turn-on for me. I don't want to be dismissed and feel like I come in second place. I don't know why other women enjoy this either.

It seems like social media has made things worse by making relationships and people disposable which is unfortunate. It almost encourages women to stay in a 16-year-old mindset and it encourages men to never grow up as well.

Gen Z (I think they are called?) are for sure screwed. I think the kids coming up now will have to be raised as a means to balance out the damage but I see a lot of kids being raised in very unhealthy cultural climates that I have to wonder how much worse it will be for them.
