Let's keep it 1 buck. The BC is Charlamaghe tha God and the other 2. People criticize and with good reason but to keep it one buck they are the only major media platform that would have people like Farrakhan, Tariq Nasheed and Dr. Claude Anderson on. The white folks who owned it let them be them.
They became the voice of the black masses so to speak. It was the one black space that all Democrats who wanted the black votes felt they had to visit. I'm not saying they did a great job all the time, but credit where credit is due. Very, very few black platforms with a respectable reach would have people like that on. These days Farrakhan alone as a guest will get you canceled.
What I would like to see is a major media platform with that kind of following be completely black owned and ran.
What 'as we know it' remains to be seen but my guess is Charlamagne is going off doing his own thing. Very big media companies would pay him big money to have his own show.
