I thought this was funny. I agree with the claim as I believe the Supreme Court chief justice framed white supremacy best:
The framers of the Constitution, he (Supreme Court Chief Justice Roger B. Taney) wrote, believed that blacks "had no rights which the white man was bound to respect; and that the negro might justly and lawfully be reduced to slavery for his benefit.
Meaning, the very act of respecting black people's right to reparations is the immediate end of white supremacy. All expressions of it will simply fall away naturally.
