The French have been some of if not the worst in post Colonialism. They literally control and print the currency of a few different African nations that they former colonized.

Essentially they control the economy.
Maybe there are others but I don't know of any colonial powers that have made their freed countries pay them back for not being able to colonize them.

The Brits were brutal in Kenya and other places when they wanted freedom, but the French made it routine to cross any line when a former colony wanted freedom (Haiti, Vietnam/French Indochina, Algeria, etc). They butchered the people.
They also into a lot of pedo mess in their former colonies: Senegal, Haiti, other French Caribbean islands, Gambia. (part French/English colonization)
They ain't shyt. And in France they treat Blacks and Arabs of their former colonies like shyt. That said, the Blacks in France and in their former colonies need to get codified. Its severely lacking.
