Its not just Africa. Its the diaspora as well. It's no coincidence that the Black peoples of the America in countries of various ethnic groups are the lowest socio-economically.
It's no coincidence the black Caribbean countries aren't prosperous. Yes, some of it is self inflicted but the minute they get a viable plan, the west (white) throws a wrench in it.
