I agree with everything except # 2.The number one thing internally is to raise black boys into responsible, productive black men. We do that, we solve pretty much all internal issues within the black community.
1. Responsible black men aren't going to give hood rats, swirlers, morbidly obese, etc black women any shine.
2. Responsible black men in numbers make it near impossible for Tyrone to have so many baby mamas. Sisters will be choosing the good brothers, generally speaking/
3. Responsible black men will be attentive fathers. They'll be in the home and raise masculine non emotional boys. They will also be a good example to daughters of what qualities to look for in a man. All relationships don't work out but in divorces they won't be absentee fathers. Some of the best brothers I know from a single parent home had a father who was very active in their lives, made time to see them or co-parented.
4. Almost every video of a black child being abused at school or some white peoples home came from a single mother home and their father was not in their lives. The consequences of harming that black child with a responsible father now becomes a physical situation.

If you go according to the articles I put up above only around 20% of black men middle age fall into the "Tyrone" as you put it category. Around 60% are middle class and the other 20% are just beneath middle class or own their way there.
Unfortunately women in our community choose the "Tyrone" guys because that is what they want until they hit the age and realize that wasn't a good idea. That's not just black women either though. It's pretty prevalent in the Hispanic community too from what I see. I'm not sure about the stats in Hispanic community.
