Im not so naïve to say there are no problems, however with the murders of Chris Kaba, Mark Duggan, and Chris Alder, both Caribbeans and Africans know that WS is a bigger problem. The reason why I say its now overstated, is we are all catching hell and white society do not differentiate which black person they attack.
There were problems during the 1970s and 1980s as Caribbeans didnt think Africans were doing enough to fight white supremacy. Africans tended to be insular. However, since the 90s where more Africans settled in the UK, it started to change.
There are no groups of Caribbeans fighting with groups of Africans. If you are talking gang culture, it tends to be postcode wars as opposed to ethnicity. It is different for Somalis, as they are Somali only gangs, but with regards the rest of Africa against Caribbeans it is not a thing.
