Maybe I didn't express my point as succinctly as I thought, which is, that we still managed to make progress devoid of their willingness only they refuse(ed) to acquiesce as far as reparations because they know it would cause a paradigm shift in their reign of maligned 'supremacy'. Hope that's clearer👍🏿 Btw, the money has always been there -they just choose to prioritise it elsewhere.
