Unfortunately I too see it day in and out. One of the most egregious examples I can remember is a Jamaican brother I met an industry conference a few years back. We spoke about working together and empowering one another but that went out the window for me once we attended a breakout committee. The committee chairs were two Jews and this negro started talking like a slave. I lost all respect for him.
