I love Hope. I haven't had any problems with my personal bank accounts. All the employees who work in my town at this branch are Black women. Very friendly and helpful. Been with them since March. I have the checking account where I have to use at least 12 debits per month and 1 ACH payment each month to get approximately 3 percent interest each month. I say approximately since the month before I got 3.27 percent (or so). Then, the next month, I think it was 2.97 percent (or so). They have a free checking account as well.
