From what I heard, they took action on it once they heard about it, which was shortly after it aired I guess.And since Funny or Die hosted this on their site, shouldn't that company be investigated, held responsible, and sued as well? To be real, much of his career was already over when MADTV ended back around 2008. Outside of his standup comedy work, he wasn't really popping like that after the end of MADTV. Key and Peele (his fellow MADTV Alumni) have been the most successful of all the MADTV cast and people gravitated more to Kevin Hart and other comic.
