Every cop that was there and did nothing needs to be charged and relieved of police duties. There needs to be a RICO statue for law enforcement! If you're a cop and you take a life unjustly or get caught abusing your authority you should forfeit your career in law enforcement and the FOP should be fined the equal amount paid out to the public......I guarantee police brutality would end if this were to be put into law!
