Wayne Brady is a softy. Hard to believe he is a comedian. He is a nice guy but dude, grow some balls. Dave is a standup dude. I had no idea this even went down between them but it shows he is a class act and I am even more of a fan of him now.

Nah I don’t agree….Wayne Brady was upset because people constantly said he was basically a soft ass Black dude but he really wasn’t like that. He has every right to feel like that. He gave the response a strong self-aware Black man should give.
I never thought of him as "soft" He always has a good vibe about him, I don't agree that he should've got a little in his feelings, he's from my generation I believe where we would do the dozens, rag on each other or stingin' contest...you had to have thick skin to joke with your friends.

There is nothing wrong with being a soft man, black or not. That is what I don't get. Like you can be a soft, kind, caring individual and that doesn't make you any less black. I feel like he is feeding into stereotypes. I get what you are saying but I feel differently about it. Maybe that is cause I am a female, I don't know.

I mean in terms of relations. Like if it comes down to it, he has to be able to protect himself and his family. I have known plenty of soft men who will throw down if they have to.
