And if you find the property you like, you may eventually find out that the property is in a neighborhood or area with unfriendly, inconsiderate, racist neighbors that will ignore your existence, disregard your needs, treat you differently in a bad way, and/or display open hostility and try to give you and your family a hard time at least. And then you will be trying to find a way to sell the house and move the hell out of there as fast as possible, especially if shit is going down or about to go down.


And don't get me started on racist and/or incompetent contractors that will do a shoddy job "fixing" up your place while overcharging you. And do not forget the racist and/or difficult landlords or slumlords that can give you a hard time (especially with lack of repairs) if you are renting.
