Yes we have to look beyond the personalities and keep the goal in mind. There are people in the space I absolutely detest but I cannot speak against them because that’s off code. The part people hate the most about the code is the discipline that is required.It’s not like pookie and Ray Ray where you can just be like “I don’t like that hoe” and everyone starts fighting. Sometimes you will have to work with others you don’t like because it is for the greater good. Sometimes you have to be silent for the greater good. Being on code is hard for a lot of people especially when there is no immediate reward.
