I did this app called Noom back last year and it basically helps you redefine your relationship with food. Most people look at food as what to eat and what not to eat, Noom looks at food from the perspective of green, yellow and red. Green foods are fruits and vegetables that have high water content so that you can eat them pretty much with impunity, have low caloric intake and still feel full. Yellow foods are foods you should eat in moderate portions. Lastly, Red foods are foods you should eat infrequently, like sweets and junk food. Noom then goes on to illustrate how we have a behavior and environmental relationship with food and how changing those behaviors and environmental responses can help us make better food choices and ultimately improve our relationship with food.
