When it comes to working out, what kind of programs do you use? I have used the likes of P90, P90X, Insanity and I think that was it. Oh, I also subbed to some workout program called Daily Burn that gives you a catalog of workouts you can mess around with. I didn't stay subbed for long though. I really liked P90 and P90X when it came to workout programs that worked wonders.

What are some workout programs you like to use? Or discuss what kind of workouts you like doing if you're not using a program.

I like bodbot. Its an app that caters to your goals (like most) but it has built in intelligence(unlike most) where it surveys you after every set and will adjust on the fly (if you want it on the fly) your exercise regiment so that it grows with you as you grow stronger.

I use an app called strong. I build my workout routines on my phone and then when in the gym I can track my workout in the gym on my watch. It’s bad ass.

Do you have to wear a sensor or something? That sounds really interesting.

Nope. Just the app. You connect devices if you have them. I just sync google fit on mine though. They have some cool premium perks but honestly the free stuff is MORE than adequate. I really like it. Also, it even adjusts your workout if you miss a day are sore/tired or you have an injury you're trying to avoid doing too much work on

I use that app too it's so simple to use. I like that I can start it on my watch in a couple taps and then also add workouts on the fly. I'm about to hit the gym right now and do arms. You should add my on Strong.

So how does it know if you're not doing the workout right?

So there is a screen before you begin that exercise you can go to that gives you a demonstration of the exercise movement. It has video (most of the time) and written instruction on it. Also, let's say it's a challenging set more than you thought it would be, if you end the exercise right then and on the survey mark your feeling as very hard or whatever the option is all the way to the right of the survey scale, it will adjust for the next set (provided that setting is turned on for on the fly adjustments)

I use Strava when I run and hike because of the social features. I’m apart of run team and we’re able to easily see our updates and see who’s fastest at different segments. Only thing I do not like is the bloated app with all the ads, it’s getting cluttered.
