Being on code for our group is very difficult will admit that over the last 5-10 years the cohesion of though with our group is getting better but, we have a long ass way to go. Trying to get everyone to stop doing something is impossible, what we need is enough of us that will make a difference.Too many of our people's minds are still stuck in la la land.But what i've done over the years is when it comes to xmas, any of my kids over 18, don't expect anything from me, you're not a kid anymore they all understand this, accepted it and don't have an issue with it. for most of them xmas is just another day, no stress over giving gifts or going broke trying to buy stuff for people.Birthdays.. splurge if you can, but all this other stuff... naw.
