Presidents don't control anything. They are the puppet who the puppet master controls. The people who truly runs this country operate in the shadows. Regarding the idea that only Freedmen can run the bureau is a great idea, but it must be somebody who we chose to be there because they will pick a sellout who has two parents who are Freedmen.
