Will we have to get new PCs in order to move to Windows 11?

Windows 11 doesn't work on every PC because of some weird settings that only newer PCs have. I forget what it was, but that's not the point of this topic. The PC I have now, can't do the update to Windows 11 because I don't have the settings to make it work. Does that then mean that I will end up having to buy a new PC setup in order to use Win 11?

I don't think I can afford to buy a new PC right now, my currently one is only a couple years old. If anything I'll just keep using Windows 10 until it ends and then maybe install a Linux OS on it.

I am not sure. I upgraded no issue but I have been noticing more and more bugs. I am probably just going to switch to Linux. I just got an xbox, I am not about to get a whole new PC right now. The next one I get will be a mini as well so I think going for an opensource software is probably better just to get the most out of it. Windows locks you in and I just have too many privacy concerns with this company anymore. I don't trust Microsoft at all.

Windows 10 already has enough bugs for me. Windows 11 would probably be worse. Gone are the days of Windows XP and Windows 7.

It wouldn’t surprise me if we need to get newer hardware for Windows 11 to work right. Windows 10 barely works on any of my laptops that have a mechanical hard drive, once I got a pc with a ssd it’s worked fine. XP and 7 will always be when Windows peaked.

Microsoft will always find a way to kick us in the teeth with their Windows update. You can be rest assured that there's going to be a lot of bugs with it but what choice do we have when you have to use their products? We will likely need a new PC to have it better.
