I was listening to Dr Randy Short last night on Afro Elites live and he was goin in on how the NAACP have consistently took anti black stances and how we could dismantle them. Whether you agree with that or not, it brings up a big flaw in FBA culture in that we are too supportive of each other, we turned a blind eye to the NAACPs inaction for too long, Sharpton, now Crump. Garvey blindly trusted agent 800, King wanted war hadn’t the movement been co-opted towards pacifism and a heavily watered down civil rights bill.
Best believe someone in the reparations movement is co-opted, and no I don’t think it’s Tariq nor any one these internet personalities. But my thoughts on the diversion would hit close to heart for many and would be met rashly with shun. It’s not something I’m completely against but I’d rather dissect it in private with pragmatic individuals before delivering it publicly.
The crime for bringing in a tappable device into a meeting needs to be so detrimental that no one thinks of doing it.

Amen. That's why it needs to be ran like other shadow orgs have been ran. It has to be extremely difficult to cross the line from associate to member. It needs to be so rigid that if we trace you back and there is a name change, some type of concealed court case, or a case where everyone got football numbers but you...you're immediately no longer viable. We would need to interview you at your home, meet your friends and family and get to really know you. It would have to be very very thorough.The power to hold people accountable goes a long way to getting stuff done......that's one of the reasons we run into so many roadblocks because we can't hold those accountable for blocking our progress or killing one of us we'd be surprised how many people have been dealt with in this society for NOT going along with the program including our own Icons and even president's....who we know about but there's hundreds that we don't know about. We definitely need to have the power of accountability or people would just run to white law enforcement.

In addition, information needs to be compartmentalized so that no single person knows everything. Nothing could be communicated over electronic devices. Also there would need to be a legitimate commerce motion within the organization to fund it and give the members the ability to earn a living within the the org. Establishing our own intelligence gathering groups would make a big change in how we move as a people, especially if we work together to always uphold logic over our emotions; then we can do anything.

Then you have organizations like BLM, NAACP and HBCUs that sell us down the river.
The commonality between them all of the are making money off the oppression of black people.

I do think we are getting our money up. More and more of our people are waking up and getting serious about getting their money and credit together. I see us buying more and more land and making strategic purchases in industries we previously were not in. This is a well thought out response. I agree with all of it. I admit it does open up a can of worms since an intelligence agency by default will expose things that many were not expecting.'Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

The biggest problem isn't going to be getting info. The biggest potential problem is what befalls ALL information gathering agencies, organizations. The group ends up getting info things it was not originally created for.
DuBois and Garvey.
It will start out doing what it was supposed to do, all agencies do but the people inside it will be tested. Okay, you exposed coons, agents and sellouts. Do you report Dr. Umar kicking with a 'conscious stripper'? Do you do deep dive on TBA, Tariq, Dr. Boyce? You find out something like they owe taxes, is having an affair, is gay, has an old domestic abuse charge? Many of the things that we see going back and forth these days that were exposed between influencers. Do we put that on blast? If Tariq is in charge of it, do we approve of him using it for info on Bey? Or the reverse?
The mission needs to be very clear. There needs to be some sort of oversight, transparency, or whatever. Generally speaking though, I like the idea and thought of something kinda similar. I'd like to have a black version of Vice or whatever and do a deep dive on certain things.
For example. Texas wanted to change history books to calling slaves 'foreign workers'. And we reposted articles and wrote 'Yo, that's f*cked up' and that was it. I want a black oriented site like Ebony, The Grio, The Root, whatever, to do a deeper dive. Which specific company made these books, who runs this company. Who specifically in the Texas Dept. of Education approved it or what group. Find out ALL the names and put them on the jumbotron in an article and fight to have them removed if they are in the government or that company blacklisted who wrote the books.
