I don't believe the Bible was meant by the creator as an excuse to turn off your brain, but this is what people have historically done. Want to genocide some people? Want slaves? Want to feel you are right, others wrong just by virtue of your existence? Go find an excuse to not think/feel about it in the Bible.

Sexuality is changeable can easily be debunked in the comfort of your living room by just doing it. You don't have to go out and have sex with anyone just change your attraction from one gender to the other and live attracted to that gender for one day then go back the next day. It's as simple experiment to test that hypothesis. What's true for you is true for everyone because we're all human.

I think EVERY African nation should do whatever they think benefits it's people, but is discrimination against people for something they didn't ask for/can't change helping people? I mean, you basically setting the precedent the government can discriminate against you for ANY reason. People can't change their ethnicity either, how is it helpful to the people that the door allowing the government to jail you for being you is kept open?

If tomorrow I say I'm a woman. That is okay.
If tomorrow I say I'm white, that's not okay.
If tomorrow I say I'm a white woman, that's not okay.
If tomorrow I say I'm a woman but I'm a different age, that's not okay.
If tomorrow I say I'm from another planet, that's not okay.

There is logic to this. If a black baby is adopted by a white family in an all white Iowa town, he can say he's a girl but not white, even though he lived as a white his whole life.

Not advocating to be anything other than black, but the fact that you can't be anything other than a different gender has no logic. Have some logic to it and then we can talk.

I'm not sure how logic comes into play, you can either change your sexual attraction or you can't.

The issue is that LGBT keeps trying to anchor themselves to Black Americans as if our plight is the same. NO SIR!!!!

I see that. No 2 groups struggles are exactly the same. There are similarities like being culturally or otherwise persecuted for being something you never asked to be/can't change, but people grab a hold to those similarities and often insensitively ignore the differences.

I think what really muddies the water is people don't understand they tend to conflate structure and content. The STRUCTURE: I discriminate/hate on/defame you because you are you is exactly the same. But the CONTENT: can't show affection in public/redlining/being called a deviant/mass incarceration is totally different.

When you say LGBT, you're likely talking about white LGBT and I believe there is some guilt at play. Trying to develop a kinship with black struggle I think, alleviates some of the guilt. And to make that 1 to 1 comparison, you have to conflate structure and content and ignore a lot of the content.

It's definitely problematic and only helps them in the short term. Ultimately, impeding justice isn't good for anyone.

I don't understand why you're using the bible to prove your point. You didn't quote any verse from the scriptures.

Let me rephrase: attraction isn't changeable. Porn is just a job. You can make your body DO anything. You can learn to tolerate anything, but you always go back to your default setting. Your attraction is your attraction. There is no getting rid of it.

False, there are many people who transport their deviancy from the screen to real life. They don't go back to normal.

You would have to know what "normal" is for them. Sounds like you're assuming their normal is the 1st thing YOU saw. People's natural attraction isn't always congruent with what they do.

Would you say a man that's been married for 30 years with children changed his attraction when he decided to leave his wife for a man?

Are DL men changing their attraction? If so, how do they do it and why can't you? What is normal for them/what is the deviation? And how would YOU know?
