Are you basing that on anything specific? Del. Scott is well liked by the Black residents of his district, btw.

But that is true about alot of our black leaders. They tend to be well liked by their constituents.

By definition if either party co-signs you, it should be an alert. Does that mean he's a sell out? No. It just means his paperwork needs to be checked thoroughly.
Clyburn got re-elected over and over by his district as well.
It's already known they don't give power to those who are pro black and not going to go along with the program.
I don't know much about him. I'm open-minded but wary ASF because its a powerful position and something white folks don't give to a black man unless they know they can control him.
So, check his past, wiki isn't 100 percent accurate but they get the basics. We'll have to wait and see how he manages the position.
