Oh for sure. Many medical issues start out as a deficiency and people and doctors ignore that. Our diets are mostly crap and we wonder why so many people are sick in the US. Couple this with stress and lack of sunlight, it is a mess waiting to happen.

The sad part is so many kids these days just don't listen. I know that has always been a thing but there is an entire culture that shapes growing minds to be rebellious and self-destructive from such a young age.
