Which cut do you usually get? I always get the ribeye and as long as you don’t overcook it, it’s good. I season it with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic and onion. Ive never added rosemary or thyme like the recipes call for.
I use a cast iron skillet and sear each side for a couple of minutes, then throw it in the oven until for 5 more minutes. It usually comes out pretty good
