A guy at my old job.He dropped a trailer hitch that was attached to an equipment trailer on my foot. He pulled the hitch off of the ball hinge while I was winding down the hitch so It will let down.It fell on my foot and broke all of my toes.

After I broke my toes my foot would start hurting out of the blue. Like a stabbing pain. I had other pains but this one was the worst ever.I had pins in 2 of my toes.I have a pin inside one now.
