The museum had all types of that artwork and had originals from the Coon Chicken Inn. It was disgusting. But we don't need to destroy the pictures. We need every Black person to see it so that they understand where we came from and take a vow to never allow it to happen again.

I think it also depends how the parent introduces it to the child. My son is 7 and he loves Traditional, Contemporary, and Smooth Jazz. It wouldn’t be his first choice to listen to though. To me, Jazz is complex and for intelligent mental “palates”.
