If we're talking chopper style it's Twista and everyone else...he's perfected that style and no one imo can stand in front of him. He has the perfect diction, speed, and flow when doing that style, and sounds fluid and natural without wasting words.

The fact that they won't even consider a guy like Bernie Sanders as a presidential candidate tells me all I need to know. He's what a normal democrat SHOULD be but gets written off as an "independent" because he's "too progressive". He's not even close to that.
