The app I use is called Mailwasher Pro; it let's me preview the email in all of my accounts so I can delete the unwanted email from the server and then download the rest to my computer. Been using it for 10+ years.

Getting cheaper? It's been that way for years. I think the quality declined when the manufacturing got outsourced overseas. I have some old clothes from my mother, and the quality is so much better than what I find today.

I got in debt trouble before, and getting out of it was a struggle that I don't want to experience again. So I use my credit cards carefully and conservatively. My debit cards are my primary method of payment, and I buy gift cards for myself when I really want to restrict spending in certain areas.
