Do you have family that won't shut up about politics during the holidays?

The holidays are my time to relax, see family and have some fun making memories. But, the bad memories always evolve from bad arguments because of politics or other such things. Do you guys ever have to deal with political discussion during the holidays? How do you deal with it? Argue right back? Hear them out? Or just ignore them and try to enjoy your holiday as best you can?

I try to ignore them myself, but sometimes that's easier said than done.

I used to get serious about politics, but when I found it was an unwinnable battle, I gave up. You can't change everyone's mind.
It ain't just Christmas anymore unfortunately
Thanksgiving, Easter, the whole year pretty much lol
That's why I'm glad we always kept it small for the holidays. I have a few family members that have strong political views and I'm glad we don't have to deal with them on the holidays.
Same here. I love my family, but damn can they argue a little too much. It's like every year there's an argument, and I just want to hang out, talk to the family about their lives and so on. But it always devolves into some political drama.
