You mean this? If the military reports it publicly, its way, way worse than anyone imagines. They keep stuff like that under their hats. I've heard the military is roughly 29% black women, 16% black men. And they are having a hard time recruiting after being in 2 wars for about 20 years each. So, for them to say the quiet part out loud, its very, very bad.
