Three Tennessee inmates escaped from jail through an HVAC air vent Friday morning, and are believed to be on the loose in Virginia, authorities said.

Tobias Wayne Carr, 38, Johnny Shane Brown, 50, and Timothy Allen Sarver, 45, accessed the air vent system through the ceiling of their cell and escaped through the vent on the roof of Sullivan County Jail, Capt. Andy Seabolt with the county sheriff's office told NBC affiliate WCYB of Bristol, Virginia.

The trio is believed to be traveling in a white 2001 Chevrolet Silverado, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office said Sunday. They may be in the Pulaski, Virginia, area.

WTF is going on at this prison? Seeing what they were charged for, people should be worried. Especially if they are sticking together. I mean if anyone here is in the general scope of the area and sees any of them, they are offering $7,500 for information. Wondering if they will actually pay up though and if this is per man. Do they have to catch them to get the reward money?

I can most certainly understand the ability to escape as they are confined to the facility 24/7 with nothing but time to devise a strategy.

The one thing that to me makes escaping an impossible act is the fact that you are leaving without resources.

You will be unable to go somewhere out of state and set up shop so you most likely will stay close to those you know and that’s how you will be caught.

Ontop of that, you have to be smart and set up a fake identity and only use cash. You can’t log into any social media profiles at all for any reason. You have to completely detach from your past.

I hate when niggas start having all this ingenuity when they get into jail. I love the show lockup and brothas be in there making jewelry, weapons, drinks, crafts, communication devices, etc and I’m like “why can’t you use this ingenuity outside for something positive?” Instead they get out and try to get grocery stores to cash fake checks and etc then they get caught, go back in. I know some cats that are brilliant but can’t get out of that cycle.

Yes and one thing is they deserve is that they think what other people never thoughts and I guess nobody even thoughts that somebody will run away from it. It is worry sign for prison people.

Each one of them is going to have to have connections and income. I can't see them getting away with this for too long, not with reward money being offered. They are going to be man hunted for that cash lol

They will have to move to the most remote corner of Maine and Alaska and take on a new identity. We know one of those guys is swiping a debit card though.

There is always one who has marbles for brains. Just can't tell which one it will be. This is assuming they stick together. If they are smart, they will split up but I feel like they will have a desire to stick together because they only will have each other. Someone is going to mess up for sure.
