    My question would be when Oprah found out and what did she do to correct it.
    If you put people in charge and are not involved in its operations and stuff happens, its tangentially your fault for trusting bad people but if you had good intentions, its tragic.

    I have hired people that look good on paper and end up getting fired for saying or doing inappropriate things.
