He said he was drugged. It was his place. He got his own food drugged. I like to stay at spots that have a safe either in the room or the front desk. Travel insurance may or may not cover some of this stuff.
In any event, he's meeting a woman off tinder in a foreign country with a bad rep. Red flag. Big no no. A brother should have enough game to meet someone organically. By that I mean, you see someone you are attracted to in your daily routine and you go old school and ask for that number. Or you meet someone through local friends.
