I never understood why it was illegal, guns, drugs(medication) alcohol are legal to buy and 1000x more dangerous, females should be able to do whatever they want with their bodies, it makes no sense to be able to participate in porn, sell the porn and have porn conventions but prostitution is illegal...
I believe it's "illegal" because white people are not regulating it and making money from it.
And you know these whites hate the idea of other races of men, especially Black men, pimping out their white women even though it's totally "okay" for white men and anyone else to pimp, whore out, rape, sell, kidnap, abuse, kill, own and degrade Black women and children.

Prostitution should be legalized, regulated, and taxed.
I don't have anything against anyone that's into the prostitution business as long as it's the individual's decision to do so and not like the person was being forced into the trade. I know that's the biggest problem that comes with the prostitution art because it's been abused by the pimps behind it.

To be honest here, the business of prostitution will always have the dark side to it, just like drugs. When you go to clubs, you get to see a lot of things that occur and there is nothing the government can do about it.

I'd say yes because it's 2022 and times have changed since the 111 years that the Mann Act was created. If prostitution were legal today, it could and would be a thriving industry. But it'll never happed because it was created White Supremacists to mainly criminalize Black men and so far, it's been working like charm.

It's way passed time as you have stated but they would also be taking a valuable revenue source from their asian buffer classes. Southeast Asians dominate that game via the Massage parlor networks.

These days, prostitution isn't what it used to be. It's more secure and protected as more escort services are springing up. I believe prostitution is legal in Las Vegas only, but I could see it being legalized elsewhere because of all the rules that escort services establish. Anyway, it's a lot safer than traditional prostitution where someone waits on the street. With an escort service, I think they are tested on the daily and they don't have to sleep with a customer if they don't feel up to it.

With that being said, I could see it being legalized even more because of all the rules set in place. Anyway, I know this is a touchy subject, but do you think that prostitution will be legalized? But only in an escort like business or setting?

And for those comfortable answering, has anyone ever gone to an escort service? Honestly, I've thought of it, but I don't know if I could. The idea weirds me out personally. No judgement to those who want to though. As long as everyone is consenting adults, then I don't really care.
They’re almost legal with the sex worker movement, and their even unionizing in some states. They don’t need our help but those taxes better be paid.

Sometimes, it feels like whenever they mention prostitution, it would appear as if it's a business carried out by only females but in reality men are into the trade as well. Should it be legalized? I think so, yes!

We are all free beings that should be allowed to live our lives the way we see fit as long as we are not causing problems for others.

Sex trafficking is a very big problem in the world today and it's probably part of the reason why they are trying to clamp down on prostitution in order to limit the activities of those involved in it.

The worst is even child sex trafficking. I happened to dabble into the dark web a while ago and came across a lot of criminal activities going on there and child sex trafficking is amongst it.

I completely agree with you on this. It's something that's been alive for as long as I can remember and it's being patronized by high calibers in our government that if they are exposed, it's going shake the system.
    Besides shutting them down.
If it's possible to shut them down, I believe that it would have been done a long time ago.

I'm sure the government has it's hand in the pot as well. Just like that so called "WAR ON DRUGS". They allow drugs to be transported into the U.S. 💯 Everyone from Congress on down, benefits. 💯

In Europe it's legal and they've managed to regulate and monetize it. But we gun tooting over here so...lol Human Trafficking could be an issue but they can divert all race soldiers attention off black people to them clear pedo people. It's the oldest profesion known to man. People fragile egos and minds stating how they feel about it doesn't matter.

I think those who say no are basing their answer on their moral perspective, because they disagree with prostitution itself.
There's also the popular false notion that any woman who is trading sex for money is being forced and would never do so of their own accord. That is simply not true.
There will always be those who are willing to buy and willing to sell. Criminalizing it will never stop it.
The benefits of legalization have already been laid out here.
