The island was a FED run operation using those two as the ring masters. They would get anyone with wealth or power onto the island and record them having relations with children, babies, animals, same sex (if they are in the closet), and all sorts of strange behavior... Then they would hold this over them as blackmail to keep them in line. We are never getting these names.
