Long but well needed post. I've seen all that in corporate America. The only thing I can add is that I just hope young black men and women get sent this to prepare them. It won't fully protect them but they'll at least expect and hopefully play 3D chess with it. Second thing is learn as much as you can and start your own business and/or bring that knowledge back to the black community.Other ethnic groups did that and built an economy within an economy. Whole countries do it. China sent 1000s of students to the best universities in America to learn and bring that knowledge base back to China. Israel has done that. African students go abroad and wifey up white women and stay there and don't bring that knowledge back but to be balanced, the government doesn't create any jobs for them either.In most companies its like what they say about debonair leading black men in Hollywood. Only one at a time. Doesn't matter how many talented blacks there are, only 1, 2 at most are going to be elevated according to their skill. I got way too many stories I won't bore you all with but pretty much seen it all.
