I have seen this personally and it is sad. Black establishments should be a safe haven for Black people but a lot of the times you go and get shitty service. We need to change that.
Don't eat there then? Or open a place with the service you want and become rich. If these horrible places are becoming franchises then somebody fucking with them.
I rarely bother eating at restaurants these days. I prefer to eat in the comfort of my own home or elsewhere if possible. I have eaten in big cities when I traveled, but for the most part had good experiences. Though I imagine it's different depending on the city.
A lot of city areas have nasty upkeep. It don't matter who owns it, if it is less than a 5 star eating experience, they are bound to be breaking health code laws. This is seen more so in cheap and fast food places. I don't eat out much these days. I find places I know are clean and I know hire good staff and I stick with those. As of now, I have maybe 5 places I will get take out from.
