Yeah, something has to give. I agree with what @Jay said, the easy options are so unhealthy. I think it also has to do with how our society is - I don't see a lot of focus on being healthy. A lot of things that are supposed to be healthy are just fad diets that don't work either.

Agree with this and I really agree with needing to be able to have an uncomfortable convo with yourself. The only way to improve is to be completely honest an introspective. I see a lot of people who want help but can't admit what their problem areas are.

No I've never cheated. I would feel too guilty and it would eat me up inside. If it ever gets to that point, I feel like that means its time for the relationship to end.

We have small, wild lizards around here that I'm constantly shooing out of the house so I feel like I already own them hahaha But no, I don't. I think they're really cool but they're so temperamental and I'm not sure I could feed them things like grasshoppers lol
