I’ll continue to divulge with you examples from my experiences in my current situation and examine their racist energy. We will be reintroduced to the antics of Workplace Karen #1 (bka WK1), and introduced to my passive workplace Karen (PWK going forward) and her foolishness.

Our understanding of “the Karen” is a white woman who weaponizes her whiteness in hopes to intimidate black people into submitting to the “all-powerful white supremacy”. The workplace Karen is slightly different, but not by much. She’s not trying to literally murder YOU for disobeying her...just your career. For this discussion, we’ll be speaking specifically about co-workers, as corporate superiors are a whole other pandora’s box for another discussion.
