Would You Rather Live In A Predominantly Black Area With Mice, Or A Nicer Area With Anti-Black Racists?

Point of View:

You are searching for rental properties because you're tired of mice and mismanagement in your current rental. You're okay with some of the neighbors who look out for you and hold your packages for you, but the mice, uncaring office staff, and poor maintenance staff ruin things for you. Property management sucks and some of the nearby neighbors can be noisy, especially upstairs. Trash management also isn't the best.

You try to find a better place to live, but all of the rentals within your price range have the same or worse issues than the current rental you are in. One day in your search, for rentals, you come across a nicer rental with many amenities and features that may be within your budget. The area is cleaner and well-maintained. And it's almost easy to breathe.

Here's the problem: Both the property management and residents are racists who may try to make you uncomfortable or start things with you.

So, would you:

A. Move or stay in the rental with mice in a predominantly Black area with okay neighbors.

OR

B. Move into a nicer rental where mice are unheard of as the mice are replaced by racist neighbors (including Karens and Kyles), racist office staff, and racist maintenance workers that may give you a hard time, may call the police on you, and will not look out for you or have your back.

Tim Scott Equates Surviving Welfare To Surviving Slavery & Jim Crow

Maybe his speaking out against the Desantis history books version of slavery made him a pariah in the Republican party he decided to throw them a bone that he's still their lawn jockey symbol.

Its sad. White people came up with expanding welfare to blacks, pushed it to blacks. My older relatives remember when female white social workers were pushing it to sisters. No one in the civil rights groups were saying its a solution. It was the white liberal solution. Turned out to be a trick bag.

Why doesn't he advocate reparations (for FBAs)? He won't for obvious reasons. He will for red Indians and others.

Political Strategies

Yes, we are not a monolith, but one of our issues is that we fail to strategize as a group en masse ... organization is the only way we've gotten things done (right now, we do organize to get those folks in office, but then we get 'no voting, no *** ?! - what's up with that. )

Anyway, I want to articulate an alternative, and maybe we can give folks some options ...

1. You can choose to vote for the ultra moderate R, green party, etc (all movements of change had a theme song, what's ours? Smh ... campaign: "Vote Your Conscience ")

However you vote, as Sinclair Skinner put it (Blockchain enthusiast and creator of iloveblackpeople.com) , "the presidential vote is just one day" ... we need to focus on what comes after that ...

2. Obvious proposal, we focus on the local and congressional elections (we should really focus on rooting out those mainstay impediments of progress there, we all know who they are) ...

We focus on the wrong things, imo, .. does the presidential office matter as much as who your local officials, judges, etc are (barring Supreme Court, an Attorney General choices) ...

Ideally, we need to focus on building our infrastructure as a nation ... this whole game is about destabilization ... destabilization with distractions, destabilization with Cointelpro ... destabilize African nations with aim to pillage (same thing happens here, but the "natural resources" are us) ...

What do you think are some potential political strategies that can be employed for the Presidential election, or beyond?

The Co-founder Of Rolling Stone Magazine Says That Black Artists Are Less Articulate & Less Intellectual Than White Male Rock Musicians

Rolling Stone magazine co-founder Jann Wenner justified the lack of diversity in his upcoming book, The Masters—which exclusively features interviews from white, male musicians—by claiming Black artists “just didn’t articulate at that level.” Wenner told The New York Times in an interview published Friday that it wasn’t a “deliberate” selection of musicians, but instead it was “intuitive over the years.” “The people had to meet a couple criteria, but it was just kind of my personal interest and love of them,” Wenner said. As for why he didn’t interview any women, he said, “Just none of them were as articulate enough on this intellectual level.” He added, “Of Black artists—you know, Stevie Wonder, genius, right? I suppose when you use a word as broad as ‘masters,’ the fault is using that word. Maybe Marvin Gaye, or Curtis Mayfield? I mean, they just didn’t articulate at that level.” He continued to dig himself even deeper, saying “maybe I should have gone and found one Black and one woman artist” for “public relations sake.” But, he said, he’s “old-fashioned and I don’t give a [expletive].”

Ladies, Does Nail Polish Seem Not To Last Or Is It Just Me?

I noticed that I am not able to wear nail polish like before. No matter the brand or the quality, everything just chips away within 48 hours. I am not big on fake nails but when I want mine to look nice, I am forced to trim em down and pop on some falsies. Nail polish just don't last on my nails. I don't know if it is me or nail polish quality has tanked.
