I am not a big fan of Oshay Duke Jackson. I get his videos on my feed even though I'm not subscribed because I often see topics or whatever I don't see anywhere else. Or see first.
That said, he's in East Africa with a few series of videos and I must say the topics are very interesting.

They talk about things we don't usually hear or get more insight into it.

I've seen this first hand

Yeah, yeah, I know, this site is primarily about the struggles of FBAs in America but even if one side (non FBAs) isn't doing their part as a collective we are all still connected whether anyone likes it or not.

Yahoo Admins Are Gatekeepers For White Supremacy

I'm not surprised at all. But here to offer some proof. Not shocked its not unexpected. I don't like to make comments on social mediums but I often can't help myself. haha Anyway, I try to write in a way that the reader doesn't know I'm black or white to eliminate a certain amount of bias and name calling.

The title of the article:
Nearly every American endorses racial equality. It's how to get there that divides us

My comment:
Key words. "Nearly" and truth is bias is culturally inherent. Pretty much everyone gives lip service to 'equality'. But in practice it doesn't happen. During the Civil Rights era, northern states were all for equal rights and critical of the segregated south while at the same time denying Blacks entry into unions, redlining, unofficial quotas for Blacks, Jews and others in Ivy league schools. Lets just admit there is a cultural bias to varying degrees towards Blacks, offer reparations and call it a day.

The above violated community standards:
Your comment on Nearly every American endorses racial equality. It's how to get there that divides us. violates the community guidelines and has been rejected

The Tale Of 2 Shinebone Goofy's

----This story came across my radar while watching TD and Rob today. If it wasn't true, I'd never believe it----

Remember the 2 men falsely detained and handcuffed due to racial profiling in 2018 at a Starbucks. It was all on the news. There was this huge dust up and Starbucks did that racial training and shut down their stores for a couple of days. Welp, these 2 Goofy's had settled a lawsuit for $1 apiece. Nothing for them and their family. Nope, just 1 funky a** dollar.

Meanwhile, the employee who did the profiling and called the police and was ultimately fired, just won a $26 million dollar discrimination lawsuit against Starbucks!

All I have to say is these are 2 goof a** marks! All to be closer to master, y'all sold y'all soul for a Tootsie roll and the court system made an example out of your dumb a**! Can't make this s**t up!

"Robinson and Nelson reached a private settlement with Starbucks, as well as with the city of Philadelphia, which vowed to pay the men each $1 and promised a $200,000 investment into programs that support aspiring young entrepreneurs, according to the Philadelphia Mayor’s Office."

How Does Corporate Amerikkka Handle Problems ?

I noticed something over the years. A kind of pattern… when there are problems or issues within a company that are either long running issues, tech issues, etc, the solution is: bug the employees, tell them it is their fault.

Real life personal example: at my company there are lots of documentation we need from clients and these are non negotiable. However clients are complaining that it is taking a while to adjudicate their stuff. On top of that, there’s at least three meetings a week or more which takes away time from work.

So what does the “ man” propose?

Solution: “ Tell employees no more days off and work faster”

We work faster and then the other issue is: “ Why are there errors?

This is why working for self or finding ways off the hamster wheel of doom is ideal. Every company is not like this, but I’ve noticed that the solution never adds up. Just like with my complex. Instead of fixing broken down things, the landlord let some dog owners and elderly go.😞sad. But the place is still coming apart…Thank goodness our part of the neighborhood is good.

Thoughts?

Things Changed When It Happens To Them.

White boy, 21, shot by cops in Mississippi. Notice the comments are suspicious of the cops. From what it seems like, his car had an accident, he went to a home to make a phone call or whatever, the resident said their home is being burglarized, cops came, didn't like how he moved, shot him. They aren't releasing the video even to the parents. Had this person been Black we already know. Will be interesting how this plays out.

Houston's Black Wall Street

I don't have the time, money or whatever but I desperately would love to see Tariq, TBA, Dr. Small, anyone who has it him or her to record this type of stuff.

We need it. My guess is there are tons of info already lost already. Tariq said he learned about what went on significantly in each city by talking to blacks, usually elders or activists from that city.

This is imperative. Anywhere we have made an impact, anywhere we have done good.
