So I agree with both. Both are right and both are wrong.

Anna is right in that you can't get people on your side if you attack them with personal insults. However she is wrong on that just the elite and those at the top are responsible and that the voters were tricked and hold no responsibility for their views.

Cenk is right in that we should call out and hold individual voters accountable for their racist, bigoted and biased views and only bruh concerned about culture war issues. Yes they are misinformed but it's their fault for not researching and getting complete information. We live in an age where any information you want is at your finger tips. Falling victim to propaganda if not a viable excuse.
However he is wrong in using personal insults and nsme calling to call them out. You won't get through like that because they'll immediately go on the defensive. You have to try to meet them where they are at and explain why they are wrong.

I agree with the article, Under the section called Articles, the article call GLU regarding Usher

Usher is a Haitian. Real original black Americans know how to romance with song lyric without going off the deep end and offending everyone. This song is raunchy and crass. Reading the lyrics made me sick. But listening to it with out knowing the lyrics it actually sounds very pretty because Usher has a pretty wanna be FBA voice. He tries to encapsulate the essence of an FBA which he does with sound, but the lyrics go way left.

A big focus has been put on reparations and rightfully so. We deserve it.

However another question is do you believe that any politician is going to do anything else for us?

I don't mean steps towards reparations or anything other than cash payments. I don't mean will that do anything for you as a black person.

I simply mean will they do anything that matters to you as a regular citizen of the country!

I can't think of anything. I don't really care about the abortion rights issues. While I care about universal healthcare I'm okay on health insurance and I don't truly think they'll act on it.

I care about increase in the minimum wage but I don't think they'll act on that either at least not on a federal level.

I really care about police reform. That's pretty much my chief concern even more do than reparations. I am 99% sure they won't act on that at a federal level either.

I care about gun control also but they have failed to act on that after the most horrible incidents so I have little reason to feel they'll act now.

Now if course they'll talk about all those things in an effort to get out the vote. When it comes to acting on any of these issues they'll do nothing.

So in short I've lost faith in our government at the federal level.

Do you think the federal government will do anything for us as citizens? Not as black citizens but just as citizens in general. Can you think of any other issues that you would like addressed or feel they have ignored?

The reason I asked this question is that we are starting more businesses, buying more land and putting things into place to safeguard our future. Despite this, estimates are that by 2050, Black Americans wealth will be at 0. If we are doing all this stuff, then we should be on the path to increasing our wealth. What do ya'll think?

I've noticed a pattern in police activity here in my city and I'm pretty sure it's the case in most other places too.
Let me know if this is true in your area and from your experience.

Regardless of the area of town police have tendencies to be disrespectful. This is less true in the more well off and affluent neighborhoods.

However police tend to be there most aggressive in the poor and predominantly black neighborhoods.

There is a big difference between them being disrespectful vs being aggressive. The police that are aggressive are willing and more likely than not to inflict violence on you!
