When you are broke and you smash a girl, you rarely get accused of rape. This seems to happen to the brothers who either have a bright future (college athlete or top HS athlete) or are already famous and rich (Chris Brown, Bill Cosby, etc)

The recent not guilty verdict of the 2 former Ohio State football players false accused of rape. Michael Irvin falsely accused of sexual impropriety, Cosby, etc. if you are a black man who has money and / or famous and its the first time kicking with a woman, is it best to record it. Not show it to anyone, just record it in case there is an accusation? I keep all relevant text messages after I have sex with a woman for the first time. I've seen too much grimy ish via friends and an incident or two myself.

The conundrum is women don't want to feel they are being recorded and haven't consented to it. And would hate knowing if its normal for men to secretly record their interaction. Juxtapose that with men falsely accused and can't fight it and we all know if a black man with money and/or fame is accused there is a good chance he will go to jail just on her word with no proof.
