Telling signs of an abusive relationship?

I have had some suspicions that one of the girls I work with is in an abusive relationship. I have wanted to say something for a month now but I don't want her to take it the wrong way. She started at our clinic in October so I don't really know her all that well. We have only worked together a few shifts a week since she started. Are there telling signs when a woman is in an abusive relationship? How do you approach something like this?

Situational

…and the Person or Entity is White…and the Person or Entity is Black
When an issue arises that calls for verbal and/or physical confrontation…Terry shows extreme care for consequence and rule of law. Surrenders his agency to a higher power.Terry attacks the person without hesitation and/or restraint
When an item they wish to procure is outside of their budget…Terry pays full price for the item or returns when he has the means to do so. He makes no commotion and respects the store's pricing.Terry haggles the price with the owner and uses the experience to denigrate all Black businesses. If Terry does not get his way he will start recommending that people go elsewhere.
When frequenting a establishment with a code of conduct…Terry takes pride in showing others that he is able to abide by the code of conduct.Terry displays lack of regard for rules and demands the ability to partake in whatever degenerate behaviors he please.
When an individual is promoting a positive endeavor within the community….Terry respects their cause, supports it, and proselytizes to others.Terry does a deep investigation on individual, scrutinizes their economic status, motive, and accuses them of scamming the community.
When someone breaks the law…Terry gives the person the benefit of the doubt and makes it clear that the culpability resides exclusively with the offender.Terry assigns that individual's actions to the entire race and uses it to justify hundreds of years of racial terrorism.

Ideological

When stating that Black society is in disarray due to the actions of White people...
Social AlignmentResponse
ConservativeTerry will admit that colonization, slavery, jim crow, mass murder, etc are historical issues but will immediately assign the solution onto Black people. "If Black people would have less kids out of wedlock then X", "If Black people valued education then X". Terry will never state what White society must do to make things equitable.
LiberalTerrence will proactively mention White Supremacy but deem it a problem residing with the Conservatives. He will shift responsibility for repair onto Black people by telling them to vote their way out of White Supremacy via the Democratic party. When questioned about the Democratic party's benign neglect strategy, he will use lesser of two evils talking points or attempt to guilt trip the inquirer via "your ancestors died for X" rhetoric.
FeministMuch like the Conservative, Terana will admit to a baseline of White Terrorism but will deflect attention away from White supremacy by painting the Black male as a willing conspirator. The goal being for the Black community to direct its attention and efforts towards a Black male patriarchy as opposed to White Supremacy.
Alternative SexualityLil' Tootsy Bootsy will deflect attention away from White Supremacy by pushing the narrative that Black males are also supremacists who use their male privilege to terrorize the Black LGBT community. The goal being to shift conversations on White Supremacy e.g. State-sanctioned murder of Black men to conversations about how Black men are killing Black Transsexuals.

Frat possibly causes students death

You know, I hate frats, especially frats because you rarely hear this shit from sororities. I think for the most part, it's just white dudebros who want to haze new students to look cool. I don't know how many times I've read articles about deaths at fraternities because of some dumb hazing challenge. And it looks like another person has died because of dumb hazing tricks. The article below is about a 21 year old man who was found with three other students passed out. Medical checked on him, but he had already passed. My guess, is that they were told to drink a ton, and he ended up drinking far too much. The frat was suspended while this is investigated.

This sounds similar to another story where another kid was found dead in a frat house recently after passing out.

Have any of you's been in a fraternity? I didn't last long in college myself, but I'm sure there are a few black fraternities out there. I don't know if I would have ever joined one myself. Have you ever gone through a hazing ritual to join a frat house?

Ever know someone with a sugar daddy?

I used to know this girl that wanted to make an account on one of those websites to find a sugar daddy. She ended up breaking up with her boyfriend just to pursue it lol I wasn't good friends with her so I don't know if she ever went through with it but it was so crazy. I also know of a girl who claims she has a sugar daddy. She doesn't really work but she travels a lot and has designer clothes so idk, she probably does. I just think it's a weird concept but to each their own lol

No matter how much she sells, or how talented people say she is...

.... I'll never, ever be able to get into Adele, ever. She's the Taylor Swift from the other side of the pond, and over hyped white woman that does whatever genre she feels like trying decently at best and they still manage to sell well. Impressive, I know, but overall it just ain't for me. There. I said it.

California law allows transgender inmates in women's prisons. Now, female inmates are suing

Who thought it was a good idea to put male criminals in jails with females? This is so loony, if you MTF and you pre-op you need to be with men.

—-

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A woman's rights group is suing the state to overturn a new law that requires prisons to place transgender and gender nonbinary inmates in facilities that correspond to their gender identities, alleging the practice puts incarcerated people in danger.

The Women's Liberation Front filed a lawsuit last week in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California on behalf of several incarcerated women as well as a group, Woman II Woman, that advocates on behalf of incarcerated women.

Two of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit, both incarcerated women, allege they were sexually assaulted by inmates who identify as transgender or gender nonbinary.
